Email System Upgrade

After extensive usability testing, we have decided to change to a new webmail package, which we believe is far more user friendly than the existing one. You can login to the new webmail at http://my.exelat.com/.
If you wish to carry on using the existing webmail, then you can do so for the time being at http://webmail.<yourdomain>.com but we recommend all users move to the new system.
In addition to this, all accounts have been upgraded to use the new anti-spam filter as standard. This filter is an upgrade on the one that was in place before and allows you to have full control over the sensitivity of the filter. By default it is set to delete messages that register very strongly as spam on its scoring system, and flag with **SPAM** in the subject if the score isn't high enough for it to be certain.
To turn off the spam-filter or reduce the sensitivity, please click the My Site Admin link at http://my.exelat.com/ and login using your email address and password.
